Noir Ivory & Sunlit Blooms
This artwork was created for an art competition held at Bucks County Community College. The college set strict requirements, allowing artists to use only black, white, and yellow colors in their submissions.
I chose to paint vibrant sunflowers and used a palette knife to apply wavy, tall peaks of color, emphasizing textures and varied shapes resembling the petals and stems.
