St. Mike's Fair Ferris Wheel
After visiting the crowded and fun fair, we walked back to the car. Stopping mid-way, I took photos of the beautiful lights which were twinkling against the black night sky while trying to capture all of its colorful and electric highlights.
Do you see the black and white cop car (having a red tailgate) and the tow truck behind it?

Lots of patience with tiny 3-6 mm blingy rhinestones!

My black board wasn't black enough so, I painted it with black acrylic paint. I then drew (first time for me) with the Prismacolor pencils and added pastels. The last layer was constructing the shapes with the shiny, adhesive rhinestones.

I admit this is a different piece for me, but I wanted to try something different and still be able to incorporate my love of pastel painting.
